This unique ALTRIDER luggage rack for the KTM Adventure-models can be mounted in multiple positions to suit most luggage needs. Bolt it directly to the factory rack to create a larger, more versatile platform for any gear. The rack can also replace the OEM rack, bringing the load and center of gravity closer to the ground. Finally, the luggage rack can be mounted without the factory rack or passenger grab handles – allowing to combine it with the ALTRIDER pillion rack to create a flat, continuous luggage surface.  All ALTRIDER luggage racks directly integrate with ROTOPAX fuel packs. The rack is laser cut from 3/16” (4.8 mm) aluminum with CNC-routered edges that will not cut any straps. Featuring a completely new 3 piece design, the ALTRIDER side stand foot fully surrounds the stand, preventing it from coming loose no matter how rough the ride. The ‘fingers’ of the upper ring grip the top of the pad, while allowing a small amount of flexibility to account for any variation in the weld bead. Button-top hex screws and provided Loctite fasten the 3 components together - ensuring a firm grip for worry-free riding. This high-quality ALTRIDER skid plate suitable for the below-mentioned Husqvarna and KTM models is laser cut from aluminum with an anodized finish that is extremely resistant to weathering. The intelligent design features large radius corners and flared edges to provide absolute coverage for the motor, clutch pack, and stator while maintaining exceptional strength. The skid plate also provides coverage for the side stand mount, eliminating the need for a side stand relocation kit. Special consideration was made to preserve the impressive ground clearance and turning radius of the Husqvarna / KTM.  The front of the skid plate mounts via steel brackets that utilize OEM mounting points, whereas the rear brackets are made of 3/16" (4.76 mm) aluminum. With the ALTRIDER design being the only one to provide anti-clocking engagement points at the rear; what this means in terms of protection is this design will resist rearward energy by interfacing the frame centerstand stops. The centerstand mounts are the strongest locations on the frame, originally engineered to take massive loads. Prevent the plate from rotating rearward is critical, without ANTI-CLOCKING the rock impacts will push the skid plate back and up into the motorcycle causing damage. ALTRIDER created the only design on the market to prevent this with the anti-clocking mounts. High-quality, innovative modular pannier system by KRIEGA, specifically designed to fit the KTM 790 Adventure model without the need for any metal pannier frames. The OS-BASE is an 'over the seat harness' which allows KRIEGA'S OS-6, OS-12 or OS-18 Adventure Packs (all available separately) to be mounted as panniers. The modular design allows to modify the luggage set-up to suit any ride - from a day’s single track to longer adventure trips. By adding an additional OS-Adventure Pack as a top bag, it is possible to extend the carrying capacity to up to 54 litres. The flexible design of the OS-BASE can also be used to mount other bags, such as the earlier model KRIEGA Overlander 15 packs, as panniers as well as the KRIEGA US-Drypacks as top bags and includes Loop Mounts to attach a tent, a sleeping mat etc. The OS-BASE is quickly and easily fixed to the bike by using the two 790 Strap Mounts and the four Alloy Spacers included in the delivery.
