High-quality GPS adapter by the US manufacturer VANASCHE MOTORSPORTS, fitting the KTM models listed below.
The KTM 890 Adventure R/S/Rally from MY 2023 has received a facelift, so VANASCHE has developed a new device holder to hold any GPS devices, mobile phones etc. to be placed directly above the TFT display. The mount offers various features, amongst others a rotating viewing angle and a vertical adjustment, in order to put the device in the best possible location. Made from machined aluminum and hand-welded stainless steel, this product offers a much stronger quality than the plastic versions. Also included are two pairs of cable connectors to further facilitate connecting the device to the ACC power supply.
The AMPS matrix can be used both horizontally and vertically.
Specifications
- Material: High-strength 6061 aviation aluminum
- CNC-machined from solid billet aluminum extrusions and black anodized for corrosion resistance
- TIG-welded stainless steel bracket, black powder-coated
- All holes in both orientations of the AMPS are threaded for M4x0.7 screws
- Includes 4 stainless M4 screws for device attachment
- 90 degree rotating viewing angle
- 3/4" vertical adjustment
- 2 pairs of cable pigtails included
- Quick adjustability - Choose from 2 options:
- Cam locking levers (cam levers made in Germany)
- Thumb button
The locking function (cam lever or thumb button) can be located on the right or left side of the device.
Cam lever vs. thumb button:
- The cam lever features a stronger lock for more aggressive off-road use and is easier to access and adjust with gloves.
- The thumb button is less expensive, smaller (more hidden), but harder to reach with gloves or large hands.
