High-quality billet tank cap by the US manufacturer VANASCHE, custom-made for the KTM 790/890 R/S/Rally models.
All VANASCHE tank caps include a corresponding braided stainless steel tethering lanyard!

- CNC machined from a solid piece of high-strength, aircraft grade aluminum
- 33% Lighter weight than OEM assembly (400g vs 600g)
- Provides for an easy filling of the tank without using the ignition key
- Filler hole is inline with fuel tank hole - properly offset like no other design on the market. No abrupt lips or edges inside filler hole to cause splashing or back spatter of fuel
- No counterbored holes to collect dirt
- Venting from side port to allow mounting of a tank bag without constricting tank breathing
- Delivery includes all the necessary mounting material, as well as a new Viton O-ring which is also necessary for the installation
- Available in black anodised
